IMPACT AND NOT INTENT

The learning experience, Racial Sensitivity Training, uses several models, discussion questions, and tasks to help attendees focus on the impact of their behavior rather than intent.

The course explores the factors and internal sentences that lead to communication that connotes or denotes an attitude of “you are less than” because of your racial identity.
