SUMMARY:

There are three options and two formats: A 5-hour, 2-hour webinar, and Self-Study

The course is delivered in two formats, webinar and self-study. The 2-hour webinar can be delivered as a live group or 1-on-1 session while the 5-hour course is geared towards 1-on-1 sessions.

Regardless of the format you choose, the training can be tailored to meet your specific needs.

The course is inquiry driven in order to spur engagement with the content. A key inquiry question for participants is as follows: “How could the concept of boundaries help me create a more respectful, professional and inclusive environment?”

At the close of the training, participants complete a Personal Next Steps Plan in order to solidify a commitment to appropriate and professional interactions. A certificate of completion is provided at the end of the training once the participant’s Next Steps Plan is reviewed by the facilitator.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT: 5-HOUR WEBINAR

DURATION: 5 HOURS

FORMAT: WEBINAR WITH A LIVE FACILITATOR

The 5-hour training is divided into three parts: AwarenessAnalysisAction.

The Awareness section will help participants develop a clear sense of appropriate boundaries, commit to setting boundaries on their own behavior by thinking impact, and thinking before speaking or acting at all times.

The Analysis section explores the concept of sexual harassment from a compliance perspective. Participants are asked to connect the legal boundaries around sexual conduct with the practice of professionalism and the creation of healthy social spaces.

The Action section builds the capacity of participants to use social and emotional intelligence to honor professional boundaries at all times.

Competency based framework: Four-plus-one

We use a competency-based framework to define the skills, behaviors, and attitudes of people who honor professional boundaries and avoid behaviors that are harassing or toxic. It is a 4-plus-1 model. Four features of the framework are ideal behaviors and traits of an individual working in a professional context.
