ABOUT THIS COURSE
There are two formats: webinar/in class and self-study. The course explores practical tools and techniques that will improve attendee’s ability to engage in communication with others that fosters civility, respect, and inclusive social spaces. Participants will strive to master the skills, behavior and attitude of a person who builds authentic connections with individuals without crossing boundaries.
